Amanda A. Abraham is a partner at Roth & Abraham Law Firm, where she has practiced commercial and business litigation for over 15 years.
Since joining the firm in 2006, her primary practice area has been intellectual property litigation representing both plaintiffs and defendants across Texas. Amanda has appeared as counsel of record in over 150 civil cases in federal court. Her forte is complex and technical discovery issues.
Amanda is a third generation Marshall native. She enjoys serving her community, is involved with numerous local civic organizations, and currently serves on the Marshall City Council as Mayor Pro Tem.
